Divas In Defense prides itself on allowing women to find their inner strength to defend themselves should the need arise. Women who participate in our program realize they too can be Fierce and Fabulous. Our individual courses condition women not only physically, but also mentally. It is an overhaul of how one looks at life and pays attention to her surroundings.

  • Up to 10 Group Participants ($35/ea - Minimum $250)
  • 11 - 19 Group Participants ($30/ea)
  • 20 - 29 Group Participants ($25/ea)
  • 29 or More Group Participants (Please Call)
  • Intermediate Workshop ($169)
  • Advanced Workshop ($199)
    •

*Extended distances will incur a fuel surcharge.

With so many options to create a curriculum specific to your group, we implore you to reserve your date/time as soon as possible. To avoid scheduling conflicts, Divas In Defense requires a deposit to reserve dates and times for future courses and programs.
