This course prepares students to fight off multiple attackers (2 or more at once). Although we are not promoters of lethal defense, we rather prepare you for scenarios that others have encountered while enabling you to defend yourself.

With multiple attackers, it is imperative to increase your chances to "get away" from the situation. Therefore, you will learn techniques that can be lethal as well as demobilizing.
As a prerequisite, this course is ONLY offered to those that have completed the following courses:

  • Intro to Basic Self Defense
  • Boundary Setting & Assertiveness
  • Rape Awareness and Resistance
  • Intro to Weapons Safety
  • Intermediate Workshop
