Our Intermediate Workshop is designed to instruct women in one day a collection of our intermediate courses: Personal & Street Safety, Boundary Setting & Assertiveness and Rape Awareness & Resistance. This one day course encompasses the techniques from these various courses in a four (4) hour program.
The prerequisite to participating in this course is completion of the Basic Self-Defense course. In addition, the regular price for this workshop is $129.
